Hosting Services
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers purchasing hosting services. If you are not satisfied with our hosting services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund.
- Eligibility: This guarantee applies only to new customers and their first purchase of hosting services. Subsequent purchases and renewals are not eligible for refunds.
- Process: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the original purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the request is received.
- Exclusions: The money-back guarantee does not cover any add-on services, setup fees, or domain registrations.
Domain Name Registrations
Domain name registrations are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of the registration process. Once a domain name is registered, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Renewals: Domain name renewals are also non-refundable. Customers are responsible for ensuring their domain names are renewed before the expiration date.
- Transfers: Transferring a domain to another registrar does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining registration period.
General Refund Conditions
- Service Termination: Accounts terminated for violating our terms of service will not be eligible for refunds.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in the suspension of your account and services. You will be responsible for any fees incurred as a result of the chargeback.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor.
